Champion Express is looking for candidates with outstanding people skills, can communicate well, is a team oriented person, and can set and achieve goals. You must be highly motivated and driven by the opportunity to achieve financial and career success.
You will be responsible for contacting prospective clients to identify new or further business opportunities. You will also assist in developing marketing strategies to attract more customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative in the transportation industry
- Proven track record of sales
- Existing list of contacts and prospects to call on
- Transportation/Logistics market knowledge
- Motivation for sales with outstanding closing skills
- Energetic, outgoing personality
- Self-starter and desire to become an integral part of a professional sales team
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Computer knowledge – working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with a focus on Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
- Secondary education is a requirement, and post secondary education is beneficial
